A Kennedy Krieger Institute
study has found an early sign of future communication and social
delays in babies at risk for autism. These infants don't look at other
people often on their own. The study was published in the September
issue of the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.

Emmy awards. Danes portrays Grandin with sensitivity in
this fascinating film about the life of the most famous American with

The family of an autistic girl
who contended that she was injured by a
measles vaccine lost their
appeal in U.S. federal court. The family had argued that a vaccine
caused her autism, but a special court had disagreed.
